The cost of postage, duties, taxes, and any potential brokerage fees must be covered by the customer, as Procare covers these costs when shipping into the USA and abroad. We often find that these costs may exceed the value of the product itself, so it may not be worthwhile. The only way to be certain is to contact your shipping carrier to determine the costs associated with returning the goods to our Missouri facility.

Damages & Discrepancies
Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to Procare within one week of receiving your order. Any claim must be accompanied by photos of the parcel your order arrived in, the shipping label, and the product you received. We do not accept returns on orders shipped internationally.
